After seeing the beautiful creations of New York, the proposals on the catwalk inLondon and the coolest clothes of Milano Moda Donna 2016, now it’s time to fly to Paris and look more closely at all the must-haves of cold season. One of the first maison to present its line of clothing there is Jacquemus, which, as always, has created a collection of unusual, eccentric and a bit excessive. After Bewitched in past editions with artistic and colourful dresses, this time back with a series of suits and jackets from the rigid form and oversize, on which we find the checked textures and gessate.
About unexpected lines, progressive and avant-garde, it is impossible not to be fascinated by the new collection by Maison Margiela, who staged the multicolor wool trench coat with sleeves but also brilliant-hued suits paired with peplum top in plasticised material. Intense hints come from the catwalk signed Cedric Charlier, who sank its roots in 60 years away to suggest light clothes and soft, suitable for dress shirts. Not missing any mention of colour, particularly the use of the Yellow Sun.
Is undoubtedly very sensual but also rock the new collection of Anthony Vaccarello, focused primarily on wealthy pinstriped vest clothes of strings, with plunging necklines and very short skirts, and pants ripped. Very nice line signedDries Van Noten who has revived the luxury of the past, proposing in a current of striped cream and navy blazer, silk shirts and trousers to coordinate a squared, spotted coats and other clothing, that surely we will find among thetrends fall/winter 2016-2017 more popular, given that this fantasy has been among the protagonists of the Milanese fashion shows by Ermanno Scervino , Elizabeth Franks and other big brands.
Even Stella McCartney for his autumn/winter 2016-2017 has made extensive use of velvet, but also prints. On some of his evening dresses, in fact, we find long black skirts featuring sweet and elegant drawings of swans in love. The British designer, however, chose the strongest and nuances of vitamins, like Bubblegum pink and Red passion, for his very large maxi dress Pack, played a lot with metallic finishes and didn’t let her go even denim, with whom he developed the dress coat in the style of punk rock.
Decidedly more delicate, especially with regard to the colour palette, was thecollection of Balmain, which for the next cold season focuses on colors likeRose Quartz, blue smoke, grass green, but also black, white and gold. On the catwalk we rediscovered the skirts and tops in suede with a series of crosses 19th century corset pattern but also lace pants and shirts lingerie slips, accompanied by their dressing gowns.
On the catwalk of Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci we admired clothes, long and short, with eccentric fantasies and Egyptian reminder, which dominate the eyes they supervise.
However, chose the speckled, especially as regards the coats with fur lapels. The animal print was also protagonist of Emanuel Ungaro collection designed by Fausto Puglisi, who presented some clothes from silhouette slipped, but blouses, jackets and skirts to coordinate. Very refined the collection of Elie Saab, who made great use of the pearls, with which he decorated short dresses with deep slits and adorned with a leather belt but also the long ones from Gypsy twist.
During the last days of Paris fashion week great expectation was addressed to two of the most loved and followed by all over the world. The first is undoubtedlyChanel, with his collection fall/winter 2016-2017, a line drawn from tradition and then blend with modern accents. If we base the tweed, elegant stained in various shades of pink and beige, to embellish everything we denim but also the leather and technical fabric inserts, as well as a wide range of accessories, hats and boots.
Absolutely more sophisticated Ethereal was the parade of Valentino, which was presented a line of clothing and accessories inspired by the world of Ballet.Baselayers with ribbons to tighten around the waist, soft and delicate but also some tulle skirts, crayon, reminiscent of the Ballerina tutus, and a series of important necklines or dresses with nude effect sought rich in elements in lightweight lace.
Of a different kind was the collection of maison Saint Laurent, who has trod much the image of a woman strong, decisive and very rock. On the catwalk Hedi Slimane sent models dressed in minidress perfect for an evening of dancing, overalls covered with sequins Fuchsia or electric blue, but especially furs in bright colors and impressive shoulder pads. Even Kenzo presented a punk female figure and rather whimsical, typical of a woman who wants to get noticed at all costs and this wears bright hues and patterns scantily clad, mix and match, as the combination of Brindle and checkered.
