Attractions in Connecticut
Hartford is a modern city with some interesting museums. The Mark Twain House is particularly worth seeing. Nearby is the house of the writer Harriet Beecher Stowe, whose book “Uncle Tom’s Hut” became world famous. The Old State House was completed in 1796.
