Furthermore, there are several scholarship programs available to help students from low-income backgrounds attend university at no cost or reduced cost tuition fees. Additionally, technical training centers have been established throughout much of the country to provide alternative educational opportunities to those who may not be able to attend university due to financial or geographical constraints.
